Ingredients

20mL Bitters, to taste

1.7mL Ginger beer

3 tsp. Chargrilled lime juice from 3 limes

1 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Ice cubes, to serve

Fresh mint leaves, to serve

Pineapple Juice, to serve

Preparation Steps

Place a few drops of bitters in each glass and swirl around.
In a shaker add the brown rum, gin, lime juice, sugar, crushed pineapple and shake until the sugar dissolves.
Divide the liquid mixture among 2 glasses. Add ice, mint and fruit salad and top with pineapple juice to fill. Garnish with an umbrella.
