Apple Crostata with Caramel Topping

Ingredients

1 sheet Of puff pastry
1 Tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Heat oven to 200ᵒC.

  • Take sheet of pastry and place on a baking tray.

  • In a bowl combine sugar, diced apple and diced apricots with cinnamon and spread over the puff pastry.

  • Fold over the edges.

  • Place in oven to cook for 40 minutes or until golden.

  • Serve warm, drizzled with caramel topping and custard.
